'Fox' is one of very few horses to have successfully competed at the highest levels of both Eventing and Show Jumping. A 4* Event horse who was an A list reserve for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Fox then went show jumping for the rest of 2008. He jumped impressively at the National SJ Championships to finish 6th overall in the Senior Championships series placing 7th in the final Grand Prix.
In 2009 Fox successfully resumed Eventing with a win locally at Reynella CNC 3* but was unable to unable to contest the Sydney World Eventing Qualifier when I broke my ankle! He is now being set to compete at Sydney 3* in September and Adelaide 4* in November.
Fox was inconsistent in results in early 2010 and had time off until November when British Junior Eventing Team rider, David Doel, came to Australia to take the ride on Fox. He convincingly won the Lakes & Craters 3DE, CCIJ* on his dressage score of 42.5. Fox travelled to UK in April, with Shine & Storm, for David to ride for selection in the Junior Europeans in Portugal in September.
